Lavender, loved by bees!

Lavender - An old favourite. Lavenders are widely grown in gardens world-wide, they are occasionally found growing wild as they are easily fertilised and self perpetuating. The fragrant, pale purple flowers and flower buds will be an attractant to bees all day long during the summer months. The flowers can be dried and used in potpourris as well as other forms of aromatherapy.
