Buy Local Honey
Locally produced honey will have a different flavour and colour that may change from one year to the next, depending on what sources the honeybees are gathering their nectar and pollen from.
Local honey will not have gone through the same processes of heating and blending that the supermarket brands of honey may have gone through. Supermarkets tend to stock cheap honeys that will have been sourced from all over the globe, then heated, blended and then packaged in the UK.
